Chapter I · The Enquiry Doctrine

The House does not solicit. It receives.

The House does not speak of sales funnels or lead generation. Those are the language of those who believe engagement is transactional. The House speaks of enquiry — the sovereign-grade discipline by which institutions express interest, submit to qualification, and are received into the covenant of the House.

Every enquiry of the House passes through four stages — expression, qualification, assay, and engagement. Every stage has its own discipline, its own officer, and its own assay. No institution crosses stages without authorization. The enquiry is the discipline; the discipline is the covenant; the covenant is the House.

The Institutional Enquiry is not a contact form. It is a constitutional threshold — the disciplined gateway through which the House receives only those institutions who meet the standards of the seven generations. What is received is assayed; what is assayed is qualified; what is qualified is engaged.

We do not solicit institutions.

We receive them.
— The Enquiry Doctrine
Chapter II · The Four Enquiry Stages

Four stages. One covenant.

Every institutional enquiry passes through four sovereign-grade stages — from initial expression to final engagement. Each stage is assayed by the Red Chamber. Each stage is engraved on the stone. Together they form the complete threshold of the House.

STAGE I

The Expression

Initial interest and institutional identity

The institution expresses interest through the Institutional Enquiry form. The expression is recorded in the Enquiry Ledger, assigned a unique identifier, and placed in the expression queue. No institution proceeds without expression.

Institutional identity declared
Enquiry Ledger entry
Unique identifier assigned
Expression queue placement
Duration 1–3 Days
STAGE II

The Qualification

Tier assignment and eligibility verification

The Documentation Desk qualifies the institution into one of six tiers based on institutional standing, jurisdictional footprint, and alignment with the House's constitutional principles. The qualification determines the depth of assay and the engagement protocol.

Six-tier qualification
Jurisdictional mapping
Constitutional alignment check
Engagement protocol assignment
Duration 3–7 Days
STAGE III

The Assay

Red Chamber review and qualification

The Red Chamber assays the institution for doctrinal alignment, evidentiary integrity, reputational standing, and institutional consequence. The assay includes KYC/KYB documentation review, source-of-wealth verification, and principal-level attestation. What survives the assay is approved for engagement.

Red Chamber assay
KYC/KYB documentation
Source-of-wealth verification
Principal attestation
Duration 30–45 Days
STAGE IV

The Engagement

Chamber authorization and covenant swearing

The Chamber of Principals authorizes the engagement. The institution swears the Enquiry Covenant, is admitted into the House, and is granted access to the appropriate engagement architecture. The engagement is engraved on the stone at 18:00 daily.

Chamber authorization
Enquiry Covenant sworn
Engagement access granted
Stone engraving at 18:00
Duration 15–20 Days
Chapter III · The Qualification Criteria

What is required to qualify.

The Covenant of the Enquiry

What is enquired is assayed.

The covenant that binds every enquiry officer, every stage of the threshold, and every engraving of the stone into a single discipline of reception.

❦
The Covenant of the Enquiry

I shall render an engagement decision within 60 days of assay. I shall maintain the confidentiality of every enquiry. I shall engrave every decision on the stone.

What is enquired is assayed. What is assayed is qualified. What is qualified is engaged. What is engaged is permanent.
