Capability is not a service.
It is an architecture.

Bastion Capabilities is the sovereign-grade capability estate of the House — fourteen institutional capabilities organized across four domains: Capital, Custody, Advisory, and Infrastructure. Each capability is an architecture, not a catalogue; each is governed by doctrine, not by market demand. The capability is the discipline; the discipline is the permanence.

Chapter I · The Capability Doctrine

Capability is not a service. It is an architecture.

The House does not speak of service offerings or product catalogues. Those are the language of those who believe capability is transactional. The House speaks of capability architecture — the sovereign-grade discipline by which every instrument, every framework, every engine, and every covenant of the House is designed as a permanent institutional asset, not as a consumable product.

Every capability of the House is an architecture — not an active service unless operationally implemented. The distinction is critical: the House designs the blueprint, forges the instruments, and holds the covenant. Activation is governed by engagement, not by subscription. The capability is the discipline; the discipline is the permanence; the permanence is the House.

The capability estate is organized into four sovereign-grade domains — Capital, Custody, Advisory, and Infrastructure — each containing three to four named capabilities. Together they form the complete architectural estate of the House, assayed quarterly by the Red Chamber and engraved daily on the stone.

Fourteen capabilities. One estate.

Three pillars. One mechanism.

Chapter VI · The Capability Principles

Four principles. One discipline.

The capability estate rests on four sovereign-grade principles. Each principle is non-negotiable. Each principle is assayed quarterly. Each principle is engraved on the stone. Together they form the complete discipline of capability.

I
The Principle of Architecture
Every capability is an architecture, not a service. The House designs the blueprint, forges the instruments, and holds the covenant. Activation is governed by engagement, not by subscription.
Principle · Architecture Test
II
The Principle of Assay
Every capability is assayed quarterly by the Red Chamber. The assay measures doctrinal alignment, evidentiary integrity, and institutional consequence. What survives is certified; what does not is returned to be forged again.
Principle · Assay Test
III
The Principle of Engraving
Every capability is engraved on the stone at 18:00 daily. The engraving is the permanence. The permanence is the truth. The truth is kept by the seven generations. What is engraved cannot be altered.
Principle · Engraving Test
IV
The Principle of Perpetuity
Every capability is measured against the covenant of the seven generations. The capability does not serve the quarter; it serves the perpetuity. The perpetuity is the discipline; the discipline is the House.
Principle · Perpetuity Test
Chapter VII · The Capability Officers

The officers of the capability.

The capability estate is governed by eight named officers — each responsible for a domain, a capability, or a discipline of the estate. Each officer swears the daily oath; each oath is engraved on the stone.

The Covenant of Capability

What is architected is kept.

The covenant that binds every capability officer, every domain, every Trinity pillar, and every engraving of the stone into a single discipline of architectural permanence.

❦
The Covenant of Capability

I, the undersigned officer of the House, do swear that every capability I architect shall be built with discipline, with precision, and with reverence for the seven generations who will inherit it.

I shall architect capabilities, not sell services. I shall submit every capability to the quarterly assay of the Red Chamber. I shall engrave every certified capability on the stone at 18:00 daily. I shall uphold the four principles of capability — architecture, assay, engraving, and perpetuity. I shall serve the seven generations, not the quarter.

What is architected is kept. What is kept is permanent. What is permanent is the House.

— The Capability Oath, sworn by every capability officer
This Covenant of Capability is ratified by the Chamber of Principals and engraved upon the stone of the Bastion archive. Every capability officer swears this covenant upon appointment; every oath is recorded in the Capability Ledger and preserved across the seven generations.
