Institutional Contact · The First Threshold of the House

The House receives.
The House does not solicit.

Institutional Contact is the sovereign-grade public reception mechanism of the House — the first threshold through which institutions express interest, the first discipline of engagement, the first entry into the Engagement Ledger. Every contact is received by the Contact Officer, assigned a unique identifier, and entered into the permanent record of the House.

Chapter I · The Contact Doctrine

The House receives. The House does not solicit.

The House does not speak of lead generation, marketing funnels, or sales outreach. Those are the language of those who believe engagement is transactional. The House speaks of institutional reception — the sovereign-grade discipline by which every expression of interest is received with reverence, recorded with precision, and routed to the appropriate channel of the threshold.

Contact is not a form. Contact is the first threshold of the House — the constitutional mechanism by which institutions express interest before they engage, before they dialogue, before they enquire. Every contact is received by the Contact Officer. Every contact is assigned a unique identifier. Every contact is entered into the Engagement Ledger. Every contact is engraved on the stone.

The House does not solicit. The House receives. What is received is routed; what is routed is qualified; what is qualified is engaged; what is engaged is the House. Contact is the discipline; the discipline is the threshold; the threshold is the House.

We do not solicit.

We receive.
— The Contact Doctrine
Excerpt · I.i The institution that solicits has forgotten the dignity of reception. The institution that receives — with discipline, with precision, with reverence for the seven generations — is the institution that endures. Contact is not marketing; contact is the first threshold of the covenant. — The Contact Doctrine · Contactus I
Chapter II · The Three Contact Channels

Three channels. One reception.

The House receives institutional contact through three sovereign-grade channels — each with its own discipline, its own officer, and its own engraving protocol. The channels are not alternatives; they are calibrated for different tiers of institutional expression.

I
Written Channel
The primary public channel for institutional expressions of interest. Designed for legacy family offices, tier-one banks, multilateral institutions, and qualified principals who seek to express interest in the House's capabilities. All written contacts are received within 24 hours, assigned a unique identifier, and entered into the Engagement Ledger.

II
Sealed Channel
The encrypted channel for sovereign principals, central bank governors, and heads of state who require the discipline of the Sealed Room from the first expression. All sealed contacts are transmitted through AES-256-GCM encryption, received by the Sealed Channel Officer, and classified at the appropriate rung of the ladder.

III
Referral Channel
The named-referral channel for institutions introduced by existing covenanted counterparties, Magic Circle law firms, tier-one banks, or the Circle convening. All referral contacts are received with the attestation of the referring principal and are prioritized in the qualification protocol.

Chapter III · The Reception Protocol

Four stages. One reception.

Every institutional contact passes through four sovereign-grade stages of reception — from initial expression to final engraving. Each stage is named, each stage has a named officer, and each stage is recorded in the Engagement Ledger. No stage is skipped; no stage is abbreviated.

The Reception Protocol

From Expression to Engraving.

The sovereign-grade discipline by which every institutional contact is received, recorded, routed, and engraved upon the stone.

I
Reception
Contact Officer
The contact is received by the Contact Officer within 24 hours. The expression is acknowledged with institutional courtesy and assigned a unique identifier (CON-0000).
II
Recording
Ledger Entry
The contact is entered into the Engagement Ledger — the institution's name, the channel of reception, the nature of the expression, and the timestamp of receipt.
III
Routing
Channel Assignment
The Contact & Engagement Office routes the contact to the appropriate channel — Institutional Dialogue, Institutional Enquiry, or Institutional Access — based on the nature of the expression.
IV
Engraving
The Stone · 18:00
The contact, its identifier, its routing, and its officer are engraved on the stone at 18:00 daily. The engraving is the permanence; the permanence is the House.
Chapter IV · The Contact Expression

Submit your institutional expression.

The House receives institutional contact through the Written Channel below. Every expression is received within 24 hours, assigned a unique identifier, and entered into the Engagement Ledger. All contacts are held under the Confidentiality Protocol from the moment of receipt.

The officers of reception.

The Covenant of Contact

What is received is kept.

The covenant that binds every contact officer, every channel, every stage of reception, and every engraving of the stone into a single discipline of institutional courtesy.

❦
The Covenant of Contact

I, the undersigned officer of the House, do swear that I shall receive every institutional expression with reverence, with precision, and with discipline — for every contact is the first threshold of the covenant.

I shall acknowledge every contact within 24 hours. I shall assign every contact a unique identifier. I shall enter every contact into the Engagement Ledger. I shall route every contact to its appropriate channel. I shall hold every contact under the Confidentiality Protocol from the moment of receipt. I shall engrave every contact on the stone at 18:00 daily. I shall never solicit; I shall only receive.

What is received is kept. What is kept is routed. What is routed is engaged. What is engaged is the House.

— The Contact Oath, sworn by every contact officer
This Covenant of Contact is ratified by the Chamber of Principals and engraved upon the stone of the Bastion archive. Every contact officer swears this covenant upon appointment; every oath is recorded in the Engagement Ledger and preserved across the seven generations.
