The arrival portal and the institutional footer remain separate governed surfaces.
The Institutional Dialogue is the sovereign-grade conversational discipline of the House — the structured, assayed, and engraved process by which institutions speak with the House before they engage with the House. Four dialogue modes, six disciplines, one protocol, one covenant. Dialogue is not transaction; dialogue is the threshold of institutional transmission.
The House does not speak of conversations, meetings, or calls. Those are the language of those who believe dialogue is incidental. The House speaks of institutional dialogue — the sovereign-grade conversational discipline by which institutions speak with the House before they engage with the House, and by which every word spoken becomes part of the institutional record.
Dialogue is not transaction. Dialogue is not consultation. Dialogue is the threshold of transmission — the structured, assayed, and engraved process by which institutional intent is received, refined, and prepared for the covenant of engagement. Every dialogue has a mode. Every mode has a discipline. Every discipline has an assay. Every assay has an engraving.
The Institutional Dialogue is governed by four modes — initial, exploratory, substantive, and covenantal — each with its own officer, its own assay, and its own engraving. What is spoken in dialogue is written; what is written is assayed; what is assayed is engraved; what is engraved is the House.
Every institutional dialogue passes through four sovereign-grade modes — from initial expression to covenantal transmission. Each mode has its own discipline, its own officer, and its own assay. No mode is skipped; no mode is abbreviated.
The institution expresses its initial interest through the Institutional Contact or the Enquiry form. The Initial Dialogue is received by the Contact & Engagement Office, assigned a unique identifier, and placed in the Dialogue Ledger. No qualification occurs at this stage — only reception.
The House and the institution explore mutual alignment — doctrinal, jurisdictional, and institutional. The Exploratory Dialogue is conducted under the discipline of patience and listening, with no commercial commitment on either side. What emerges is a clearer picture of whether the House can serve.
The institution and the House engage in detailed architectural exchange — capability mapping, engagement design, covenant drafting, and the preliminary assay by the Red Chamber. The Substantive Dialogue is governed by the discipline of precision and the discipline of the written record.
The final dialogue before engagement — the covenant is sworn, the institutional principal attests, and the Chamber of Principals ratifies. The Covenantal Dialogue is engraved on the stone and becomes the permanent record of the engagement's genesis. From dialogue, the institution enters the Confidential Entry.
Every dialogue of the House is governed by six sovereign-grade disciplines. Each discipline is non-negotiable. Each discipline is assayed quarterly. Each discipline is engraved on the stone. Together they form the complete conversational discipline of the House.
Every institutional dialogue passes through six sovereign-grade stages — from reception to engraving. Each stage is named, each stage has a named officer, and each stage is recorded in the Dialogue Ledger. No stage is skipped; no stage is abbreviated.
The sovereign-grade discipline by which every dialogue becomes part of the permanent institutional record of the House.
The Dialogue Ledger is the authoritative record of every institutional dialogue conducted by the House — its mode, its discipline, its officer, and its engraving state. The Ledger is updated with each engraving of the stone. What is recorded is permanent; what is permanent is the truth.
The Institutional Dialogue is governed by eight named officers — each responsible for a mode, a discipline, or a stage of the protocol. Each officer swears the daily oath; each oath is engraved on the stone.
The covenant that binds every dialogue officer, every mode, every discipline, and every engraving of the stone into a single discipline of institutional conversation.
I, the undersigned officer of the House, do swear that I shall conduct every institutional dialogue with listening, with precision, with patience, with confidentiality, with written record, and with transmission across the seven generations.
I shall receive every dialogue with reverence. I shall classify every dialogue into its appropriate mode. I shall conduct every dialogue under the six disciplines. I shall memorialize every dialogue in writing. I shall submit every memorandum to the assay of the Red Chamber. I shall engrave every assayed dialogue on the stone at 18:00 daily.
What is spoken is recorded. What is recorded is assayed. What is assayed is engraved. What is engraved is the House.

We converse with institutional purpose.
Four dialogue modes. Six dialogue disciplines. Six protocol stages. Eight named officers. 847 engraved dialogues. 34 active dialogues. The Institutional Dialogue is the sovereign-grade conversational discipline of the House — the threshold by which institutions speak with the House before they engage with the House, the discipline that turns reception into classification, classification into conduct, conduct into memorandum, memorandum into assay, and assay into the engraving of the stone. What is spoken is recorded; what is recorded is permanent; what is permanent is the House.
